Using our online support system, users can create tickets containing the details of an issue, including screenshots or supporting files. Our staff then have an opportunity to research issues, and respond online or by telephone. At any time the status and entire history of a ticket is available for review.

Pulse Systems use a service from LogMeIn that allows us to remote onto end users PCs to conduct remote support activities. Follow these steps:
1. Click the link above to launch LogMeIn in a new window.
2. A support representative will give you a 6-digit PIN code that you can enter in the place provided.
3. You will be prompted to download some software from LogMeIn, which you should do.
4. You should then accept the prompt to allow our personnel to view and take control of your desktop.
